being the espresso lover that i am,nothing is more dissapointing than a bad cup of espresso.i loved the machines when i first got it but have grown increasingly dissapointed with its performance.bialetti also dosent to seem to have very good customer service.replacement parts are hard to find as well as no customer support areas.i still use the machine because i hate to throw out my money but am definitely not happy with the final product.
