I felt brave buying this machine without any feedback from the Amazon community.
I've used it less than a month, but I feel duty bound to report that it has been so far, so good.
The built-in frothing device works well enough, and the espresso/cappuccino tastes great.
The design of the "cup-resting grill" is a little awkward: only the low-height, wide-rimmed cups can be placed under the coffee spout without having to pull out the stand.
There is no automatic shut-off feature for the espresso-making, nor for the machine itselfhas to be turned off manually.
The manual is not exactly user-friendly, though it did make me smile when it advised to start the steam-frother "having the foresight to put a cup underneath".
After some difficulty getting used to the set up and operation, I am enjoying my daily cup of cappuccino.
For the price for which it was offered, it is a fine machine.
In Amazon's "Product description", this comes with "a cup warmer on top and removable water tank on the side".
No such features.
I don't know if this is false advertising or general description that applies to another model.
