Double Walled Coffee Press

Double Walled Coffee PressThis is a very well made & sturdy feeling coffee press. After much looking and talking to friends about what to look for. I settled on Cuisinox. The price was a less then the "high end" presses and looked almost identical. From what I can see, it is far superior. It a very elegant looking. That is why I chose it over other model. It is all 18/10 stainless steel. You will not find plastic anywhere. It does a good job at keeping coffee hot for awhile. So far coffee doesn't stick around for more then an hour. But its still hot when you are ready for your next cup. Id imagine it can live up to the 2hrs they claim to keep coffee hot. The filter works incredibly well. I prefere my grounds more on the fine side and I barely find any type of grind residue in the bottom of my last cup. I would gladly recommend this or any other Cuisnox coffee press to a friend

Beautiful, well crafted, makes good coffee. I just thought that 32oz would somehow equal four 8oz cups of coffee (silly me), but in practice I guess the coffee grounds take up some space, and also absorb some water. So I end up with two full cups, plus a quarter cup of dregs if I'm feeling desperate. I wanted this for two-person camping trips, allowing each of us to enjoy two cups of coffee from one pot. I almost gave it 3 stars due to my disappointment, but it is a well made press.

This press pot is fabulous! Well made, no plastic parts, nice grade and weight of stainless, easy to use and clean, and makes the smoothest coffee ever! I will never again drink drip brewed coffee. Versus a glass press this one is great for every day use. Well made and sturdy it should last years!

No complaints. It works as a French press is supposed to work, workmanship is fine, no sloppy joints at the handle. Makes two 14 ounce mugs of coffee which is perfect for us.

Shame on you Cuisinox! Another rip-off...a thinly veiled copy of the Bodum Columbia. Cuisinox has also ripped off the Frieling French Press look as well. This outfit specializes in copying other people's designs it seems. Made in China, but really, so are many other products. Search Amazon for the REAL French-lineaged Bodum Columbia, here on Amazon and see for yourself. You get what you pay for, as the saying goes. This is a good example of the worst that comes out of China.

Why not buy the real thing instead of a fake knock-off...are you proud to own a bogus product? Of course, buyers here may not have known what was going on, were not aware of the Bodum Columbia, and this looked good at the time. Too bad.not only is this going on, but Cuisinox has also essentially copied the look of the wonderful Frieling French Press...are there no creative designers at Cuisinox that can come up with their own original designs? Evidently not. I also blame the seller here on Amazon that offers this junk to the public. Copied in China.
