This is a good quality espresso machine. My only complaint is that the seller wrapped the original flimsy product box with brown paper and shipped it. By the time it arrived, the side of the box was caved in and I thought the item was certainly broken. Fortunately, it wasn't broken, but since I bought this as a Christmas gift, I found it pretty embarrassing to give this with the box in that condition. Simply enclosing it in a shipping box would have prevented this issue.
