This is a conversation piece. As such, it gets a great rating from me. It works as advertised and is very cool while doing it.

I don't recommend this as a regular coffee maker because it's slow, but I love the way it works and that I don't need electricity to use it.

Disappointed when cotton wick and measuring spoon were missing in the original shipment. Took one phone call and 2 emails to receive a response. Received the missing parts 2 weeks later. Very happy with the lab-type coffee maker.
