Aerolatte Cafe Porcellana Espresso

This Espresso Pot brought back memories of a smaller pot I used to have that my parents brought back from Italy for me many years ago.

Unfortunately I lost the pot in a divorce settlement and have been unable to find one or anything similar until now.

After reading the previous review I was a bit hesitant to try the Cafe Porcellana stove top espresso maker but between my nostalgia and the reputation of Aerolatte I purchased it.

To my surprise and excitement the Espresso Pot worked wonderfully.

I didn't find anything wrong with the construction of this item. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, just fill the bottom vessel with water and fill the funnel shaped filter with coffee, Screw on the top portion and place on the stovetop. In minutes the espresso brews up from the bottom through the spout to the Porcelain pot.

What a wonderful cup of coffee it made, I was so excited I decided to make another pot and made a cup of cappuccino with the Aerolatte Hot, another purchase I made along with the Cafe Porcllana. Bravo Aerolatte!!Aerolatte Hot Milk Warmer and Frother

I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago for a birthday present. It ended up being a joke. The black plastic on the spout was cut unevenly and the threading was basically non-existent. You could slide the spout loosely in and out. The paint was uneven and coming off around to top of the basin where you put water in to be heated, and there was black tar-like substance inside of the part where water goes; it left a greasy film even after being washed. The consensus was, "This does not appear to be food safe". I hope nobody else tries to make coffee with one of these. I cannot imagine selling such a thing. There should be a "from China, no quality control, use at your own risk", warning on the label, and on Amazon's seller page.

I love this little pot. I have been using it for about a month and it makes a great espresso quick and easy. I used to have something similar years ago and I was happy to find this one. I agree with the reviewer that said the instructions are easy to follow. I guess the other reviewer must have just gotten a bad one. Happens I guess. Mine is sturdy and well made. I have ordered one for my Aunt who loves espresso too! Thanks for a great product

Very cute, works well until you pour from the pot. It dribbles everywhere! This product should have been better designed.

Lavazza Espresso Point Cartridges, Aroma Club 100% Arabica Blend, .25 oz, 100/Box

I was never able to make myself a cup or shot of espresso. So, I frequented establishments like Starbucks that could. And I received burnt coffee, shots of sugary coffee, and I suffered. Then I met Lavazza. And his sidekicks.

The Lavazza machine is an investment that is totally worth it. The coffee cartridges make it so easy to make different types of coffee: shots, cappuccino's, mocha's, and just coffee.

I have ordered multiple boxes (from different vendors too) and all have been consistently fresh and yummy. These do come vacuum packaged in sets of two so the coffee does last while you are working your way thru the box of 100. It takes a month or two, and then I'm back on Amazon to feed my addiction.

The Lavazza machine makes the best coffee. The only bad thing is that more people are not aware of this. If only they were so I wouldn't have to order coffee through online means. I have never had a bad espresso thru this machine, and it is so easy. Beats the independent coffee shops and Starbucks/Tully's! We tried all of the Lavazza pods (sample pack) and Aroma Club was our favorite. Amazon has the cheapest prices and shipping that i have been able to find.

My only regret is that I can not buy this product in a regular store, but I am sure that will change as word gets out!

If you are lucky enough to own of these units, this is the coffee to get. Yum. I just finished two shots this morning with my breakfast. Smooth.

Great tasting coffee! Espresso comes out with a gorgeous creme finish and not bitter in the least bit. Lavazza got it right.

Gasket Washer and Cap for Keurig Brewers - Does your Brewer Leak?

My Keurig leaks, and spills grounds over the top of the k-cup. I thought this was a fix for the problem, however this item is just a 'lid' if you want to empty a k-cup and refill it. It didn't solve my leaking problem.

Guess I didn't understand exactly what this was supposed to do. I wanted a new foam gasket to cover the needle shaft but this wasn't it. Reading the scant instructions didn't help either.

Did not work for me , still have water that runs off the top of the kcup when you open the lid after brewing. One star because you don't have 0 stars.

Espresso Machine Maker Saeco Talea Touch S-Tt-St

The Talea Touch makes terrific coffee and has functions that are well thought out and easy to use. The only problem is that they can't make one that works.

I bought mine in Dec. 2009 from Seattle Coffee Gear. By March 2010, I had returned my third defective machine to Saeco. All three had different problems; the first leaked all over the counter when brewing (an internal hose defect), the second could not be programmed or hold a date and time; the third has a steam wand that leaked (poured) water during the brew cycle enough to fill a shot glass for each coffee made. As of September, I have had to return it two additional times for repairs a total of 5 times.

Saeco will fix or replace this again but what does that tell you about their QC? Saeco customer service has been helpful and courteous once you reach them. Be prepared to wait > 45 minutes on their customer support line to reach a human being.

Saeco came highly recommended and it does makes great coffee and lattes when it works. If you like Audi's, this may be the coffee machine for you.

One last note, I have attempted to submit this review many times at Seattle Coffee gear and somehow it never appears on their website.

We have has this machine for over three years now and LOVE it! Perfect lattes every morning. I love that everything is automated. It takes all the guess work out of the process. I would recommend this machine to anyone and would buy it again in a heart beat. It has paid for itself by not going to Starbucks every week. We don't have the milk island so can't comment on that.
